A lot has happened since that last blog. I really don't know what happened to me, my button that I thought I didn't have was pushed. I think my "button" deals with identity.
But anyway, last weekend I flew to Tallahassee to see Elizabeth. I had a great time with her. Her parents were there and it was just a great time.
Flew back to Chicago and continued the IL leg of the tour also known as ST'09. This part of the tour is sponsored by the IL Soybean Association. Sponsorship rules!
Speaking of which, we did a performance for the soy people and totally rocked it out. Probably the best show we did all week.
Everyday has been a grind...a hustle. Get up at the crack of dawn, load everything in the van, drive to a school, unload, perform, load, drive to another school, blah blah blah, until we end up at a different hotel 3+ hours away. You do get to see a lot of things, see a lot of people that you may never see again. The IL countryside is beautiful, I'll post some pictures later (there's one on my twitter account).
I kind of have a love/hate affair with twitter. It's basically status updates; but I do see potential. I'm going to experiment more with it.
Anyway, I must roll. Time for another show.
Deuces
