first day of spring.  new season, fresh air...blooming things.

yeah right.  i'm in grand rapids, michigan and it's snowing, it's been snowing all day so far. yesterday was our tour manager's birthday so the homie tyson and i took paystub out.  we had a great time and all in grand rapids.  the b.o.b. is pretty cool but the band that was performing in one of the restaurants was a little odd for my taste.  not odd in terms of music, but their presentation was a little...off. we left during what may have been the fourth song, so we gave them a chance.

we went to a bar where we were more comfortable. as the designated driver, it's my responsibility to make sure that i stay sober and observe all of the crazy things that are happening.  crazy things like grizzly adams walking around the bar and a drunk or crazy girl (could have been both) giving me the eye and then deciding to make a fool out of herself.

anyway...both of the homies were intoxicated by the time we left for the hotel. the whole night was fun.

being in michigan is a little weird.  we've experienced the town of frankenmuth, home of the famous chicken dinner

i'm just going to let the videos do the talking.  frankenmuth is also home of the largest (1 and a half football field) christmas store that's open 361 days a year. it's a little weird, but if you ever want to do some christmas shopping at any time of the year...frankenmuth is the place to go.
